ADM/UKC EVENT

This AIR DOGS MIDWEST (ADM) Event will count towards
UKC Dock Jumping Titles. IF your dog's UKC# is provided to us. (This must be done at each event. UKC Dock Jumping Points will no longer be given retroactively.)

Dogs do not have to be registered with the UKC to jump
in this ADM event!

Registration with the UKC gives you access to all their performance events: obedience, agility, hunt tests, etc.!

Participations in the ADM-UKC Title Program is not mandatory. It is not necessary for your dog to be UKC registered in order to register for or participate in an
AIR DOGS MIDWEST Event.

UKC Titles count for the lifetime of the dog and are recorded on the dog's registration.

TO ENTER THE VENUE:
Please, check in with the guard shack in the back off of East 16th in the morning to be allowed into the venue.
You cannot enter through the front door on Hyde.
You must go around to the loading dock.

This is an AIR DOGS MIDWEST Event.
It will count towards UKC Titling Program, just like most of our ULTIMATE AIR DOGS Events do now. We here at UAD, are doing everything we can to help our friends at ADM get their organization off the dock. For example, MaraLee is doing the registration for this first event through our site.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

2010 FEES
2010 JUMP FEES are $15 per Splash, Fetch or Catch, unless otherwises indicated for special events, like the Ultimate Air Games.
There is an additional $5 UKC PROCESSING FEE per score that you want turned into the UKC, including any Finals.
Please, pay at the event in cash or check.
Sorry, we do not take credit cards.

CONFIRMATIONS
When registering for an event, a THANK YOU Page will automatically open after you hit "Submit" at the bottom of the form. This is how you know that your form has been submitted.

Within a week, you be e-mailed a CONFIRMATION from
UltimateAirDog@yahoo.com .

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
1. Everyone MUST check-in with the Secretary during the CHECK-IN time for EACH activity on the event schedule, even if you have registered. Otherwise, you will not be included in the running order. Additions will not be made after the activity has begun.

2. Everyone MUST sign a Liability Waiver ONCE per event, the first time that they check-in.

UKC PROGRAM
If you are participating in our UKC program, you must submit your UKC# at EACH event. Otherwises, your dog may not receive points for your jumps.
